We had a good open mic. TJ from Oneonta started off. Keitha, Karen,
Bariberger, Illana, Luekas, and other poets read. Then Omanii Abdullah featured.
12 poets competed in the last open slam of the season: John, Ben, Chris, Jim,
Jeni, Luekas, Patrick, Kahiem, Hangman, Paul, Karl, and Bren competed. I did the
calibration poem (I had a dream). Ben took first. Kahiem came in second. Patrick
and John tied for third. Those four can go on to the semi-final slam in April.
Jeni, Mina, and I went to Castaways afterwards.
