The May 2004 slamtractor poetry event was phat. Mina did the door and kept score. Liz Bishop made an appearance. Jeni helped set up, read in the open mic, and slammed. Summer Copelan came and read in the open mic. So did Emily, W.A. Barton, and Jayne Fenton Keane from South Beach, Australia.

Then the slam. Jayne sacrificed. Andy, Jeni, Aubryn, Patrick, Lauren, and Samer slammed. Lauren took both rounds and won. Aubryn, second; Patrick, third.

Afterwards, we went to the Colonial Diner.
