Don, Emily, Ben, Rev1, the wanderer, and I, Andy, read in the open mic. Mina read one of Celena's poems. I read my thoughts on the election.
Shara, Andrew, Karen, Anne, Don, and the Wanderer slammed. Mina emceed. Karen won the first round, followed by Anne, then Don. Karen won the second round, followed by Anne, and Andrew.
The winner of the slam was Karen. Anne came in second. Both these poets qualified for the semi-final in December.
Mina emceed the slam. The calibration poem was done by Sara. I kept score.
