5/4 Juna's Grand Slam: Mina (pictured left) was our host.The open mic was good. Patrick, Marc, Sarah, and Richard read.
The grand-slam qualified slammers were: Andy, Angel, Emily, Jane, Richard, and Patrick. Other slammmers who joined in were Zoe, Kristen, Tyler, and Joe.
Joy did the calibration poem. Sarah's friend kep score. Tyler went first, then Kristen, Emily, Patrick, Angel, Richard, Zoe, Jane, Andy, and Joe. Angel won the first round, then me (Andy), doing "Who Stole Her Diary," then Zoe, then Emily, Patrick, Jane and Richard. Angel took the second round too, then Richard, Zoe, Kristen, Emily, Tyler, Jane, and me, doing "Pirates.".
The winners were Angel and Richard. The team will be Angel, Richard, Andy, Emily, Jane, and Patrick.
The audience was great. Some of my friends came, including Dawn & Bob, Summer, Emmy, Laura, and my already mentioned slamming friends.
