Every Tuesday at 7pm the Urbana slam is at the Bowery Poetry Club, which is at 308 Bowery, across the street from CBGB's, just north of Houston in
New York City.
Bar 13 Lounge, Union Square - A
Little Bit Louder usually has a slam on Mondays. They are on 13th and
University in New York City.
On Wednesday nights in New York, except the first Wednesday of the month,
there's an open slam at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe on
3rd Street between Avenues B and C. There's also a Friday night invitational slam with features at the Nuyorican.
